Who We Are

Started as NextGen PC’s, a local computer store selling custom build computers and accessories, we ventured into service and repairs of computers and eventually into all electronic gadgets. Our Tech and Sales team are quite well known in the Caboolture area over the last 20 years. 

This has made us to plan ahead and gradually expand to nearby suburbs and to the neighbouring states in the near future in order to provide onsite support for our local customers. We have expanded geographically and also in terms of employee strength after going through a rebranding exercise, being renamed as “Nextgen Geeks.”

OUR PROCESS

Fixing It The Right Way

01. Geek Connect

Call/Meet us for a free consultation with our technician. The technician will analyse the issue and advice quick fixes, if available or request for the device to be submitted for a detailed check. Customers can reach out to us during our working hours and place a request for a device pick up.

02. Device Analysis and Estimation

The technician explains the issues and informs the customer about the probable fixes and the cost estimation to get it rectified accordingly.

03. Fix and Update

Based on a verbal confirmation from the customer, our technicians will perform the repair job to the best of their availability. They will update the customer about the repair done and inform the final cost.

04. Payment and Final Delivery

The technicians/customer service team co-ordinates with the Customer for the payment and delivery of the repaired device.
